candidates for the one year Diploma in English Communication (distance mode)
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is
invited to the reference read above and they are informed that the Regional
lnstitutc of English, South India, Bangaluru is offering Diploma in English
Communication course in distance mode to the in-service teachers at the
primary school teachers. The course has been highly encouraging and useful
for the teachers.
Therefore, they are requested to circulate the message to the interested
teachers, send the list of teachers to the office before 31st March 2018. The
course commences from June onwards
