- The Secretaries of District Common Examination Board (DCEB) in all districts are informed that the Abhinandana is a school recognition initiative to appreciate best performing government schools, share the best practices with others for replication.
- ln relation to this, a state wide survey was conducted to collect best practices from schools on various aspects of teaching and classroom interaction. These best practices identified need to be refined further in order to make them readv for dissemination .
- It is instructed that the each district assessment cell subject expert should visit at least 3 schools from the list of identified schools in their respective districts and further collect the necessary information on the best practices. The District assessment cell teams should compile the each best practice and submit the same to State Assessment Cell team, duly acknowledged by Secretary, DCEB by 31.03.2018 The categories of best practices to focus on and the templates to use for school visits is enclosed in the annexure. The actual expenditure may be met from the available funds at district level.
